The
forefront of VAP’s intake process is the Ask an Attorney Program (AAA). There are AAA programs held at 10 different
locations in Northeastern Minnesota.
Here, anyone can come and receive up to 15 minutes of free legal advice
from a volunteer attorney. During this
advice session, the volunteer attorney may recommend that an individual needs
further services from VAP. VAP will
follow up with those recommendations generally within two weeks of the AAA
program.
